Sea Warrior by Lamorien Sea Warrior by Lamorien
PLEASE FULL VIEW FOR DETAILS!

I've had this little sketch for a while now and I just got around to painting it. i actually really love this little warrior. It was fun doing a watercolor that didn't have a full background. I think it'll make it a bit easier transferring it to different applications. but anyway. She's a bit bigger than I've been painting, 9"x12". Watercolor.

Also: I have a contest running on my Facebook art page right now, like it and enter to win a FREE custom drawing! [link]

The gold looks so great! Especially against the blues :)

thank you! I was debating for a long time whether to do gold or silver, I'm definitely glad I went with the gold!

Yes, I think silver would have been too close to the blue in terms of cool tones, the gold gives a lovely contrast.
